After your placed order has been shipped, you will receive a email confirmation. This email contains information which you can use to check the status of your shipment at any time.
Orders will be shipped from our warehouse in Amsterdam within one business day after we have received the payment, provided that all products are in stock.It is crucial that you provide us with a valid (real) delivery name and address, otherwise we cannot guarantee that the parcel will be successfully delivered.
Shipping is important to us. We’re always looking for the best ways to get your order to you as quickly and discreetly as possible. We strive to ensure that your order is delivered in a timely manner, and we understand that privacy is of the utmost importance to you.
Do you ship to my country?
We are happy to ship our quality products all over the world. Unfortunately due to some strict border customs, there are a number of countries that we do not ship to. Before ordering, we recommend confirming that your country is not excluded.

Regular shipping disclaimer:
By choosing regular shipping, you (the customer) has all responsibility for the shipment and understand that we cannot provide any refunds or replacements for lost or seized packages. There is no tracking code with regular shipping, we advise registered shipping!
We offer a few shipping options:

Delivery takes between 3 and 15 working days.
You will not receive a track and trace for standard mail.
We only deliver to private addresses - PoBoxes, Packstations, Relay Points and general public places will not be accepted as a valid delivery address.
It is not possible to arrange a specific time or date for a first delivery attempt. The courier will not ring your phone number to check whether you are at home.
The final delivery will be managed by your country-specific local courier.

Carefree shipping with Amsterdam Seed Center
Discreet shipping
With Amsterdam Seed Center, you don't have to worry. Only you will know what your parcel contains. All our packaging is completely discreet. The outside of the package simply displays your address, our (return) address, and the necessary postage information. Of course, we will not use Amsterdam Seed Center as the sender's name.

Please note that Amsterdam Seed Center will not be held accountable for any incorrect information provided by the customer. Incorrect customer information resulting in incorrect delivery, non-delivery, detainment or charges will remain at the customer's responsibility.
